Finance is available on all orders of £400 and over. Individual items which don't qualify for finance are available to be financed when part of an order reaching the minimum £400 order value.

To apply for finance you must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- A permanent UK resident
- In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment
- In receipt of pension if you are retired
- If not in employment, you may be required to provide proof of alternative income
**All orders paid for by Finance can only be shipped to the billing address as used on your application.**

If your complaint relates to your finance agreement
If your complaint relates to the finance linked to your purchase you can still let us know about this, but we will forward it on to your credit provider, V12 Finance. V12 Finance will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it thoroughly.
What to do if you can't reach an agreement:
If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint from V12 Finance relating to the finance agreement, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
