· NHS

· Green Commute Initiative (PROC2W) greencommuteinitiative.uk

· Wider Plan

De Ver Cycles is pleased to accept cycle vouchers from any of the providers shown above but if you wish to use one when purchasing one of our greatly reduced sale items there are some conditions which are outlined below

All the above providers are independent companies acting as a middle man between your employer and us, for providing this service to you they take a commission fee from the face value of your voucher, the commission fee taken is between 10% for Cyclescheme and 15% for Halfords Cycle2work

This ultimately means that if you have a voucher for £1000, we only receive £900 for the companies taking 10% and £850 from Halfords who take 15%

If you would like to place an order for one of our bikes that is on sale using the Cyclescheme we cannot unfortunately afford to offer our regular discounted price and absorb the additional fee that these providers charge as we would simply lose money. Naturally we are happy to still supply sale items on this scheme as long as our additional costs are covered.

Example for providers taking 10% commission

You place an order for a cycle currently on sale reduced from £800 to £500

We need to multiply the cash price of £500 by 1.11 taking your new total price to £555 - This is the price that will be shown on your quotation and the amount you need to apply for on your voucher

The provider takes 10% from this new total price of £555 as their commission fee

This means the provider actually pay us £500 when we redeem your voucher, all their costs are covered, and we receive our normal everyday sale price

Example for providers taking 15% commission (Halfords)

We need to multiply the cash price of £500 by 1.176 taking your new total price to £588 - This is the price that will be shown on your quotation and the amount you need to apply for on your voucher

The provider takes 15% from this new total price of £588 as their commission fee

This means the provider actually pay us £499.80 when we redeem your voucher, all their costs are covered, and we receive our normal everyday sale price

It is important to note that De Ver Cycles do not make any extra money on the purchase, the extra fee simply covers the commission fee that these companies take from us on every purchase that is made through them, the providers are fully aware that we apply this fee when purchasing sale items and are perfectly happy with how it is applied

Please also note that if purchasing a bike at the full RRP, then no admin fee will be applied, as the cycle is not discounted in any way, we can absorb the fees charged to us

Brompton Bikes

If you want your voucher to cover the full cost of a Brompton Bike you  will need to multiply the price of the bike as displayed on our website by the factor 1.11. This is required to allow for the cost of commission on your voucher as explained above. If you have any questions you can contact us on customer support. 0208 671 6197

Reward Points

We operate a reward points scheme which allows customer to earn store credit on qualifying purchases. Due to the commission we pay on vouchers we are unable to offer reward points on purchases funded in whole or in part by a cycle to work voucher. The website automatically displays the reward point value for all displayed bikes but to avoid confusion please be aware that points will not be credited  on bikes purchased with vouchers.
